You can say we grew up in house calls. With over 10 years of caring for Geriatric Patients, Marc Arenas, MD is a passionate advocate of high quality care for everyone. It's too often that those who have the most difficulty interacting with the healthcare system are asked to do the most. We strive to make medical care more accessible and just plain easier.

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr Arenas attended Columbia University, obtaining a degree in Neuroscience and Behavior. He graduated from Universidad Central del Caribe with a Medical Degree, and completed his Family Medicine residency and Geriatrics fellowship training at Mercy Health St Mary's in Grand Rapids, Michigan. There he was able to obtain strong mentorship from renowned specialists in aging, home-based medical care, treatment of complex illnesses, and dementia.

Dr Arenas has been in Ponte Vedra since 2018, and apart from providing direct care, helps large organizations develop healthcare delivery programs for older adults with multiple chronic diseases and complex needs.
Alfonso Moreno, MD
Born and raised in Venezuela, South America. Dr. Alfonso Moreno is a board-certified Internal Medicine Doctor with over 8 years of experience providing comprehensive healthcare to patients 17 and over at inpatient and outpatient settings.
He earned his medical degree from UNEFM, Venezuela and completed his internal medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx NY. Dr. Moreno is passionate about preventive care and helping patients manage chronic conditions. He believes in building lasting relationships with his patients and takes the time to understand their unique healthcare needs. Outside of his practice, he is an avid sports fan, golfer and loves spending time with family and friends.

Amy is originally from Tampa, Florida however she moved to Saint Augustine 13 years ago to further her career. Amy has two beautiful children, aged 10 and 6, and a devoted husband. Amy has been a Physician Assistant for 14 years. She started with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida and pursed a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Nova Southeastern University. Her professional experience as a Physician Assistant spans across Aesthetics, Geriatrics/Internal Medicine (including long-term care and rehab), Occupational Medicine, and Orthopedics, with 8.5 years in the latter field.
In her free time, Amy enjoys reading, working out, and engaging in anything fitness-related. She also loves experimenting with cooking, often giving her favorite dishes a healthier twist. Passionate about naturopathic, functional medicine and obesity medicine, Amy frequently researches these topics to maximize care and help patients regain their health and functionality.
