It might seem "old school" but we go to your home directly to provide primary care. You don't need to lift a finger (except to open the door for us!). NABR Health is here for you.
Direct access to your provider. NABR Health is a full service primary care program. Your primary care provider is just one phone call away - whether it's quick refills, mysterious diagnoses, or having your questions answered quickly, we are here for you.
We accept Medicare! For Medicare Advantage plans we recommend you reach out to your insurance provider to understand what, if any, costs our services will incur.
No insurance or no Medicare? No problem. We offer concierge medical services as well so that you can also take advantage of a direct relationship with your provider that extends beyond the 9 to 5.
Fully trained in Geriatrics, we specialize in caring for adults with multiple conditions, both acute and chronic, and are comfortable with complex healthcare issues. Reach out any time. We look forward to hearing from you!
